AFTER CARE

• Keep bandage on for 2-4 hours. Please, do not remove prior to 2 hours.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before removing the bandage.

• Remove bandage delicately.

• Wash and cleanse the tattoo, as well as the surrounding area with mildly war to hot water and a liquid anti-bacterial gentle cleanser or soft soap from a pump bottle. Use only your fingertips in a circular motion to remove all blood, ink, and remaining traces of liquids and ointments.                     DO NOT USE: wash cloths, paper towels, luffas or anything abrasive.

• After removing the remainder of the soap or cleanser pat gently with a clean towel and let area air dry for 5-10 minutes before applying any aftercare products.

• We understand there are many products in the market for "healing" a tattoo. Whether it be Aquaphor, Cetaphil, or other brands of healing ointments or lotions. It is important to not over saturate the area with any of the products. Apply a little product to your index finger and disperse a small bead size of around 3-5mm. Then with another finger using a circular motion move from one bead to the next until all lotions or ointments have been caressed into a thin layer and absorbed into the skin.

• Your tattoo is a wound in its basic definition. Keep your tattoo clean and repeat the steps until the tattoo is healed.

     DO NOT:

• ​Bandage your tattoo again. 

• Soak or submerge your tattoo in pools, rivers, hot tubs. Saunas are not recommended as well.

• Avoid wearing tight clothes over the tattooed area.

• Stay out of direct sunlight and/or tanning for minimal of two weeks. (You're practically a gremlin, be a gremlin!)
